Hyderabad: Four men arrested in connection
with the murder of Maddelacheruvu Suryanarayana Reddy alias
Suri were today remanded to two weeks` judicial custody by a
local court, police said.

Sulam Subbaiah, Manmohan Singh Bhaduria, A Venkat Ramana
and B V Hari Babu were produced before the VI Additional Chief
Metropolitan Magistrate court here after their six-day CID
custody ended.

A senior Crime Investigation Department (CID) officer
told PTI that during their interrogation, all the four
revealed only that information which they had already given to
the Central Crime Station (CCS).
"The CCS has already filed a chargesheet against them and
once prime accused Bhanu Kiran, who remains at large, is
arrested, we will file a supplementary chargesheet against
him."

Suri (39), a local faction leader from Anantapur district
in Rayalaseema region of Andhra Pradesh, and the prime accused
in the murder of TDP MLA Paritala Ravi, was shot dead in his
car in Yousufguda here on January 3.
The CCS, wing of Hyderabad Police, which earlier probed
the case had filed a chargesheet in a court here against the
four on April 29. Suri`s close aide and prime accused K Bhanu
Kiran (who was travelling in the same car and disappeared soon
after the murder), was also named in the chargesheet.

However, the case was subsequently handed over to the CCS.
