Gunmen fire at Agartala Express in Assam

Haflong: Unidentified gunmen on friday morning fired at the down Agartala Express train near Bagetar railway station in central Assam`s Dima Hasao district.

There was, however, no report of any injury or casualty, police said.

The gunmen fired from nearby hills on the Agartala-bound train from Lumding near the station under Haflong police station at around 4 AM, they said.

Police and security forces rushed to the site and launched a manhunt to track out the attackers.
