Guwahati: Acting on tip-off, a joint team of Army and police personnel on Sunday nabbed a cadre belonging to the Sanbijit faction of the National Democratic Front of Bodoland from Chirang district of lower Assam.
Police said the militant, Sailot Narzary, was nabbed from Sukrajhar area under Basugaon police station.
Two foreign made hand grenades were recovered from the NDFB(S) militant. His interrogation is on at Basugaon police station.
