Jorhat: An anti-talk ULFA activist was arrested from Potia gaon area here in Jorhat district today, police said.
Hem Chandra Borah alias Bhaitee(27) is also the prime accused in the illegal arms pile recovered by police on July five.
Five mobile sets and several documents were recovered from his possession, Jorhat Superintendent of Police Sanjukta Parasar said.
