Goraul (Bihar): Taking a swipe at Chief
Minister Nitish Kumar for his alliance with the BJP, Union
Rural Development Minister and senior Congress leader C P
Joshi on Tuesday said Kumar was "an opportunist."
"For sheer lust of power Kumar has joined hands with
the party which is dead opposed to secularism....he is an
opportunist," Joshi told an election rally here.
"Besides, the Centre has provided huge assistance for
development of Bihar... but the government here has failed to
properly utilise it," he said.
Joshi also castigated RJD for not not doing anything
for the development of the state.
