Munger: Twenty-eight live cartridges were seized from a person at Agricultural Science Centre in Munger district on Saturday, police said.
Acting on a tip off, the police raided the place and arrested Md Chand with the cartridges, the police said.
These cartridges were being smuggled to Saharsa from Munger.
