Patna: Opposition BJP members on Tuesday disrupted the proceedings in the Bihar Assembly for the second consecutive day, demanding a debate on the Patna serial blats at its prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi`s rally.

The Assembly was adjourned till noon after the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) members caused an uproar and trooped to the well of the house, demanding that the house should take up the adjournment motion notice of Leader of Opposition Nand Kishore Yadav.

"The state Assembly proceedings were disrupted as noisy scenes were again witnessed soon after the house started and the speaker adjourned the house," a ruling Janata Dal (United) legislator said.

The Assembly was adjourned thrice Monday over the same issue raised by BJP members.

Nand Kishore Yadav blamed the state government for the serial blasts Oct 27 at the Patna railway station and at Gandhi Maidan here, ahead of Narendra Modi`s rally here.

"Terrorists were deliberately provided opportunity to trigger blasts," he claimed.

At least six people were killed in the serial blasts, the first such terror attack in Bihar.
