Bihar JD(U) committee reconstituted

The Bihar JD(U) committee was on Thursday reconstituted with state party president Bashishtha Narain nominating senior party leader Hari Prasad Sah as chairman of its Parliamentary Board.

Patna: The Bihar JD(U) committee was on Thursday
reconstituted with state party president Bashishtha Narain
nominating senior party leader Hari Prasad Sah as chairman of
its Parliamentary Board, appointing 43 vice-presidents, 77
General Secretaries, besides 46 secretaries.
Vinay Kumar Sinha would be the new treasurer of the
party.

Former JD(U) minister Ramnath Thakur, former MP Nawal
Kishore Rai would be among the vice-presidents, Singh said.

While Sanjay Singh would be chief spokesperson of the
state unit, Ravindra Singh, Rajiv Ranjan Singh, Shambhunath
Sinha and Niranjan Kumar Pappu, would be the spokespersons.
Singh also appointed the chairmen of party`s various
committees, including its youth wing, students` wing, women,
minority, Extremely Backward, Mahadalit, Dalit, Cultural,
Technical, Seva Dal and Commercial cells.
