Patna: A presiding officer of a booth at Pranpur in Bihar`s Katihar district died of cardiac arrest before polling began Thursday morning.
Md Habib died at the polling centre, official sources
said.
Another presiding officer has reached Pranpur and voting is on there, the sources added.
