Patna: The BJP Monday claimed here that there
was a "strong NDA wave perceptible in Bihar" and that the
ongoing Assembly elections would thrust a "humiliating defeat"
upon the Congress and RJD-LJP combine.

"There is nothing but NDA wave perceptible in Bihar and
Nitish Kumar will once against return to power with two thirds
majority," senior BJP leader M Venkaiah Naidu told reporters.

He accused the Congress and RJD of being hand in glove
and said, "The elections would thrust a humiliating defeat
upon the Congress and RJD."

"The two parties are contesting the elections separately
only to fool the people and to join hands after the
elections," he added.

"Congress wants to divert people`s attention from the
issues relating to price rise, corruption, Naxalism. They are
trying to defame political opponents, including Nitish Kumar
and others, besides attempting to destabilise BJP governments
as evident in the case of Karnataka," he said.
