"We are not going to leave the issue alone and we will
step up our struggle against Gadakari for such an
irresponsible and indecent remark," Prasad told reporters
Earlier the party leaders, who met here under the
chairmanship of Prasad, adopted a resolution condemning
Gadkari, at a public meeting in Chandigarh on Wednesday,
had said, "Mulayam Singh aur Lalu Prasad jo Congress aur UPA
ke virodh ki baat karte hain, woh bhi jaakar CBI ke saamne
jhuk gaye .... bade dakartey the sher jaise, ab kuttey ke
jaise ban kar Soniaji aur Congress key ghar par talve chatney

Meanwhile, Prasad said his party will hold a `jail bharo`
protest on August 8 demanding the implementation of Sachar
committee and Ranganath Mishra commission recommendations and
also to protest rising prices of essential commodities.
He also trained his guns on Chief Minister Nitish Kumar,
accusing him of failing to address the problems faced by the
