HC directs CBI to probe murder case

Patna: Patna High Court on Friday directed CBI
to probe the killing of Rahul Gautam two months ago.

Justice Aditya Kumar Trivedi rpt Trivedi passed the
order on a petition filed by Rahul`s father Aditya Narayan
Singh with a prayer for handing over his son`s murder case to
the CBI alleging failure of police to book the culprits.
Gautam was found dead here on October 21, 2011.

The victim`s father had lodged a FIR against four
persons charging them with the murder of his son.
