IAC activists observe fast in support of Anna

IAC activists and civil society members observed a token fast here in support of Anna Hazare`s protest.

Patna: India Against Corruption (IAC)
activists and civil society members observed a token fast here
today in support of Anna Hazare`s protest against the
proposals of Parliamentary Standing Committee on anti-graft
measure.

A large number of students, advocates, traders and
general people joined IAC activists in observing the fast at
the historic Gandhi Maidan, IAC state unit media in-charge
Sanjay Dutta said.
It was decided that the a long drawn agitation would
be launched from December 27 if the Jan Lokpal bill as
demanded by the civil society was not passed in Parliament
by the deadline, he said.
