Darbhanga: Protesting against the deteriorating law and order situation in Bihar, Jan Adhikar Party (JAP) workers on Saturday halted the Darbhanga-Delhi Bihar Sampark Kranti Express here.

The law and order situation has taken a hit in Bihar as several number of kidnapping and murder cases have been recorded since Nitish Kumar took over as Chief Minister for the fifth time.

 

Purnea MP and former member of the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) Pappu Yadav is the chief of JAP.
