Patna: Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar Monday said the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) was united on Jaswant Singh's candidature for the vice president's post.
"The NDA is united for the vice presidential poll and the Janata Dal-United is with Jaswant Singh," Nitish Kumar told newspersons here.
The Bharatiya Janata Party-led NDA has named BJP leader Jaswant Singh as its vice presidential candidate.
The JD-U is, however, supporting UPA's Parnab Mukharjee for the post of Indian president.
