Maoists blast school building in Bihar

Armed Maoists have blasted a state-run school in East Champaran district of Bihar, police said on Saturday.

Motihari (Bihar): Armed Maoists have
blasted a state-run school in East Champaran district of
Bihar, police said on Saturday.
Over 50 ultras raided the Sinheshwar Seminari High School
at Patahi in Pakridayal sub-division late last night and
exploded cane bombs, partially damaging the building, deputy
superintendent of police B Choudhary said.
A 10 kg cane bomb was recovered from the spot, he said.

A combing operation has been launched in the area to
apprehend the naxalites.
