Sasaram (Bihar): Suspected Maoists on Tuesday
bombed a state-run-school at Parchha village in Bihar`s Rohtas
"More than 50 heavily-armed Maoists raided the school
early this morning and triggered dynamite blast to blow up the
school building," Superintendent of Police Manu Maharaj said.
Three of the seven rooms of the school were partially
damaged, he said.
Maoists were opposed to the use of the school for
keeping security personnel from time to time in Naxal-hit
areas, Maharaj said.
A combing operation has been launched in the area to
nab them, sources said.
