Patna: Ruling JD(U) member in Bihar
Assembly Lessi Singh on Wednesday demanded that the Centre must
honour Chief Minister Nitish Kumar with Bharat Ratna for his
charismatic leadership for ensuring unprecedented development
in Bihar.
She made this demand while participating in the
two-hour debate on Governor Devanand Konwar's address to the
joint sitting of both the houses of the state legislature
yesterday.
The JD(U) MLA from Dhamdaha in Bihar said the chief
minister did remarkable works for the state's development.
