Nawada: A fast track court in Bihar's
Nawada district on Wednesday sentenced three persons to life
imprisonment in a murder case four years ago.
Fast track court -III judge N K Lal passed the
order convicting the three accused persons, Visheshar Singh,
Nawalesh Singh and Nawal Singh, after finding them
guilty of in the murder case of one Pappu Singh.
According to the prosecution, Singh was shot dead in
Bhagwatpur village under Kashichak police station area on June
5, 2007, by five persons following an argument between them.
Of the five accused, one person was absconding and
another died during the trial, the prosecution said.
