Patna: The NCP on Monday issued a 'black paper', highlighting the "failure" of the Nitish Kumar-led NDA government in the last four years.

The government will present a 'report card' about its performance during the period here tomorrow.

NCP general secretary Tariq Anwar said since the four years' "misrule" of Nitish Kumar government ushered in bad governance and gave free hand to the bureaucracy to loot public money with impunity, "we have termed our report card against the present government as black paper".

Releasing the 'black paper' to the media, Anwar charged the present dispensation with failing to properly implement the welfare schemes supported by the Centre.

The party also alleged that Kumar's government, which had promised to provide good governance with social justice, has now indulged in casteist politics by creating a fissure among the Dalits by creating a Mahadalit Commission.

While RJD supremo Lalu Prasad ruled the state for 15 years by playing the card of Muslim-Yadav solidarity, Nitish Kumar is now busy playing the card of Mahadalit to stick to power, Anwar alleged.

The ploy of Kumar to bring Dalits to JD(U) fold has been exposed and he would bite the dust in 2010 Assembly election, Anwar claimed.
