Nitish claim a farce: Prabhunath Singh

Difference within the ruling Janata Dal(U) in Bihar came to the fore on Tuesday with senior party leader Prabhunath Singh saying Chief Minister Nitish Kumar`s slogan of developing the state with social justice was a `farce`.

leader Prabhunath Singh saying Chief Minister Nitish Kumar`s
slogan of developing the state with social justice was a
`farce`.

``The Nitish Kumar government is a government of
announcements ... The NDA government had failed on different
fronts,`` he said a function on the birth anniversary of
Maharana Pratap.
Singh said he would meet Kumar with an all party
delegation to ask him to clear the doubts among the minds of
share croppers, land owners and the working class about
implementation of Bandhopadhya Commission report on land
reforms.
Singh has openly voiced his opposition to Kumar specially
after the dismal performance of NDA during the by-elections to
18 assembly seats and Jharkhand assembly elections.

The Rajput Conclave convenved by Singh was addressed
among others by Rajasthan Speaker Deependra Singh Sjekhawat,
Bihar ministers Narendra Singh, Ram Pravesh Rai, Lok Sabha MP
from Banka Digvijay Singh, Kishore Kumar Muna, Jai Kumar Singh
(both MLAs).
