Patna: Declaring that it would not release manifesto for Bihar polls, BSP Saturday said it would go alone in all 243 Assembly seats in Bihar.

"We will go to the poll on Ek Vote Aur Ek Vote Ki Kimat (ensure price of one vote) plank," BSP general secretary Gandhi Azad told reporters here.

Announcing the BSP will not release any manifesto, Azad said manifestoes being released by political parties were "nothing but a bundle of lies".

"Not a single promise, being made in their manifesto, is fulfilled in the event of the parties coming to power," Azad said.

Gandhi informed that Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mayawati would begin campaigning for the party's nominee from Purnia on October 14.

"She has planned to spare one day for each phase of the poll for campaigning," Gandhi said and claimed his party did not rely on the charisma of Bollywood stars for wooing votes.
