Patna: Eminent Bhojpuri singer Baleshwar Yadav died in a Lucknow hospital after a brief illness on Monday, family sources said here.
He was 68.
A recipient of Yash Bharti award, Yadav was also a social worker.
Chief Minister, Nitish Kumar condoled his death and said it was an irreparable loss to Bhojpuri folk music.
