Patna: US President Barack Obama has lavished praise on the NGO `Sammaan Foundation` founder Irfan Alam for his endeavour to create jobs for unskilled people by manufacturing rickshaws for livelihood and sustenance of unskilled people of Bihar.
"You are doing a tougher job than me by creating jobs
for the unskilled people of your state and other parts of the
country," he told reporters here quoting Obama`s encouraging
