Munger: In separate incidents, one person was
shot dead by unidentified assailants and another was abducted
while manning a level crossing in Bihar's Munger district,
police said on Tuesday.
Bambam Tanti, an employee of the Railway Factory at
Jamalpur, was shot dead by assailants at Fulka here when he
was going to the factory, they said.
In another incident, a gateman was abducted by gunmen
from Dhalauri level crossing near here, police said.
Around 15 gunmen abducted Balmiki Prasad Singh who was
manning the level crossing and took him towards nearby Karja
forest, they added.
