Patna: Ahead of the release of a report
card regarding the performance of his government during the
last four years by Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar,
opposition RJD today alleged prevalence of anarchy, chaos and
corruption in the state.

Nitish Kumar has said he would bring out the reports
card on the performance of his government on November 24.

RJD vice-president and MP Raghuvansh Prasad Singh told
reporters after a meeting of the party`s state executive
chaired by its chief Lalu Prasad that the meeting reviewed
the works carried out by the state`s NDA government and found
it "far from satisfactory."

"Complete anarchy, chaos have gripped the state...
corruption prevails in several Centrally-sponsored schemes,
including NREGA... even people from top to bottom are involved
in it," Singh alleged. "There is nothing tangible seen on the development
front...and law and order situation has gradually deteriorated
with criminals ruling the roosts," the RJD leader said.

"We have decided to make public a chargesheet against
the Nitish Kumar government highlighting its failure on all
fronts," he said.

All the Centrally-sponsored welfare schemes had failed
to take off in the state and the state government also
miserably failed to reach relief to the flood-and-drought-hit
people in Bihar, Singh alleged.

"There is extreme rise in activities of the Naxalites.
Loot, murder and kidnapping have become order of the days.
Besides, there are reports of exodus of youths for jobs from
Bihar," he said.
