Patna: RJD leader Illiyas Hussain on Monday alleged that the lot of the common people deteriorated under the NDA regime and to prove his point he placed some questions to the chief minister.

Hussain asked Kumar to reply whether its was true that 55 per cent of Bihar`s total population were living below the poverty line. "Is it not true that more than 50 lakh people migrate to other states in search of jobs," he asked.
He also asked whether the Sugar industry which was once the mainstay of Bihar economy was in tatters. The naxal menace extended from six districts under RJD rule to 36 districts now, he said.

He charged Kumar with creating division in the society by creating Mahadalit commission and not not constructing a single hostel for the Muslims.
