RJD MP escapes unhurt in stone pelting case

Munger(Bihar): RJD MP Rajniti Prasad escaped unhurt in an incident of stone pelting on his vehicle at Mahadeva village in this district, police said on Sunday.

Prasad was returning from Ghorghat village to his residence in Munger town last night when unidentified persons hurled stones at his vehicle, they said.

The front windscreen of the vehicle was damaged, however, the MP escaped unhurt, they said, adding that Prasad has lodged an FIR at Bariarpur police station in this connection.

A manhunt has been launched to nab those involved in the incident.
