RJD MP`s house attacked, three killed

In yet another case of law and order failure in Bihar, the house of Rashtriya Janata Dal MP from Chhapra, Uma Shankar Singh was attacked on Wednesday by unidentified assailants.

Twelve jeep-borne gunmen attacked the newly-purchased
house at Rajendra Sarovar here and started firing in which the
three persons were killed on the spot, police said.

According to locals, the MP from Maharajganj bought
the house recently where people close to him and those
belonging to his constituency used to put up while visiting
the district collectorate and courts of the headquarter town
of Saran district.

Those killed were identified as Devendra Singh, an ex-
mukhiya, Mani Bhushan Singh and Dinesh Rai.
