Patna: Rupam Pathak, a school teacher who was sentenced to life imprisonment for stabbing ruling BJP MLA Rajkishore Keshri to death in Purnia on January 4, 2011, on Monday moved the Patna High Court challenging her conviction.
Pathak was on April 10 sentenced to life by a CBI court after it held her guilty of killing the MLA.
