Ghaziabad: A shopkeeper was arrested for allegedly raping a seven-year-old girl in Sihani Gate area of the district.
The girl, who was playing near the shop of the accused, was lured and subsequently raped by him, police said.
Following the incident, angry locals informed the police about the matter.
No complaint has been lodged by the victim's family in this regard and the accused has been detained for questioning, they said.
