Motihari: Two siblings were run over by a truck near a petrol pump between Madhuban bazar and Dak bunglow roundabout in Bihar's East Champaran district today.
Police said the mishap took place as a truck carrying empty LPG cylinders trapped the siblings - five year-old Badal Kumar and three year-old Soldier Kumar while they were trying to cross over to the other side of the road along with their father Pankaj Pandey, a cloth vendor.
The truck has been impounded and its driver was arrested, the police added.
