Supporters of BJP MLA denied ticket vandalise party office

The supporters of the BJP MLA Sri Krishna Singh and another leader Arvind Singh on Friday vandalized properties in the party office at Veer Chand Patel road to protest the denial of ticket to their leaders.

Patna: The supporters of the BJP MLA Sri Krishna Singh and another leader Arvind Singh on Friday vandalized properties in the party office at Veer Chand Patel road to
protest the denial of ticket to their leaders.

The supporters of the ticket aspirants duo damaged furniture, electronic equipments and television set in the party office and shouted slogans against the top leaders alleging that the gave tickets in lieu of money.
The supporters of the BJP MLA and Singh sat on dharna in the office premise and demanded to know from the senior leaders why the duo were denied ticket from Begusarai and Bachwara assembly seats respectively.

Policemen from the Kotwali and adjoining police stations rushed to the BJP office and tried to pacify the agitators. Senior BJP leaders were not not available for comments.
