YC sets up 3-member probe panel against leader

panel to look into complaints of indiscipline against its
Bhagalpur leader Bipin Bihari Yadav.

The action followed complaint by state CLP leader
Sadanand Singh who had forwarded to Kumar a letter of Talib
Ansari, Bhagalpur District Congress Committee president, party
sources said.

According to Singh, Yadav had stormed Bhagalpur party
office with his henchment on November 23 and forcibly snatched
nomination papers from the authorized officer before tearing
them into pices.

Yadav had also allegedly abused the DCC president, Singh
said and sought disciplinary action against him.

The panel comprises senior party leaders Kumar Ashish,
Shashi Shekhar and Lalit Kumar, Youth Congress sources said.

It will visit Bhagalpur and submit its report, the
sources said adding Kumar would take the required action with
permission from Indian Youth Congress president Rajiv Satav.
