Mumbai: Private lender Bank of Rajasthan (BoR) has appointed G Padmanabhan, a veteran in banking sector as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer.
Padmanabhan, who was previously with the State Bank of
India as Chief General Manager, Management Audit, will assume
the new role with immediate effect, the bank said in a
release here.
He has over 38 years of experience in the banking sector
and has handled various assignments in the State Bank.
Padmanabhan has served as the Managing Director of SBI Home
Finance during 2003-04, the release said.
BoR has a branch network of 463 branches over 2 million
customer-base.
