A team of doctors from AIIMS are also likely to visit the state today to probe the incident.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi had yesterday spoken to the state Chief Minister Raman Singh and asked him to ensure thorough probe in the matter.
The shocking incident took place at a sterilization camp in the home district of Health Minister Amar Agarwal last week.
At least 85 women were operated upon at the government-run Nemi Chand hospital in the Pendari area of Bilaspur, who later complained of pain and fever.
Congress president Sonia Gandhi and vice-president Rahul Gandhi had condemned the incident.
A compensation of Rs 4 lakh was announced by the Health Department for the family members of those who have been killed while Rs 50,000 and medical assistance for victims undergoing treatment.
