Raipur: Naxals on Tuesday blew up a bridge by
triggering a landmine blast in Chhattisgarh's Bastar district,
police said.
The ultras blew up the bridge on National Highway 30
under Kondagaon Station area affecting traffic in the region,
Bastar SP Ratan Lal Dangi said.
Some police jawans, who were on patrol duty in the area,
escaped unhurt, they said.
A temporary bridge has been constructed, police said,
adding a search operation has been launched to nab the Naxals.
