New Delhi: Pharma major Ranbaxy on Friday
reported over 28-fold jump in its standalone net profit at Rs
675.45 crore for the quarter ended June 30 compared to the
same period last year.
The company had a net profit of Rs 23.73 crore in the
year-ago period.
Total sales during the second quarter, however, fell by
12.99 per cent to Rs 1,121.59 crore compared with Rs 1,288.99
crore in the same period last year, the company said.
