Mumbai: Wind power major Suzlon Energy on Thursday
said it has issued shares worth Rs 9.46 lakh on the conversion
of bonds.
The board of directors has allotted 12,343 shares at Rs
76.67 a piece, totalling to Rs 9.46 lakh on conversion of
bonds worth USD 19,000, Suzlon Energy said in a filing to the
Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
The converted bonds forms part of USD 35,592,000
convertible bonds at the rate of 7.50 per cent, the filing
added.
Shares of Suzlon Energy today closed at Rs 91.40 on the
BSE, down 2.35 per cent from previous close.
