22-yr-old girl gang-raped in Delhi, 3 arrested

New Delhi: An alleged case of gang-rape was reported from Delhi on Tuesday. A 22-year-old girl alleged rape by a group of men who were known to her.

The victim was gang-raped on January 01 in Bhaktawarpur in Alipur area of outer Delhi when she came to her paternal home from Agra, where she lives with her husband.

As per reports, the five accused are residents of the same locality and knew the victim. They trapped her into accompanying them in a car and took her to a secluded place, where they gang-raped her.

She was later thrown of the car near Sindhu border in North Delhi.

The victim’s medical test has been conducted even as the police arrested three of the five accused. A manhunt has been launched to nab the other two.

Such incidents are not coming to stop. Who can be faulted in these type cases? I think largely the male mentality and this needs to be checked suitably.

As long as no severe punishment is not declared,this will continue.There are several lawyers who thrive on these cases and would like to defend these mad animals.Punishment should not be just imprisonment,it should be something they have to live with in full view of the public.Wherever they go people should identify them as rapists.When they can scar a girl`s life,whats wrong in them taking the same agony throughout their lives.I dont thing human rights should interfere here.Also the family of the rapists should also go through the same kind of agony as that as the victims family.These sich incidents are only denting our image outside.Not all are like this,so why should a bunch of senseless idiots spoil the good name of our country.Infact it would be better if they are separated from the normal society and put onto some kind of labour where their body and energy can be best made use of for the common man.

after so much hue and cry the rapes cases has increased rather than should have decreased. This is due to sex in film and easily available blue film to see easily available wine and lack of moral education the school .. Govt should think to eradicate from thre gras root lable. rather then punishing after the rape case./
