New Delhi: An estimated 63.46 percent voters exercised their franchise in the Delhi Assembly polls till 5 PM.
The Election Commission said six Electronic Voting Machines have been replaced so far.
While North East Delhi reported the highest voter turn out of 66.37 percent, the lowest was in South Delhi with 61.7 percent, according to the Delhi Election Commission.
Central Delhi recorded 64.66 percent turn out, East Delhi 64.67 percent, New Delhi 59.29 percent and North Delhi registered a turn out of 65.56 percent.
The polling percentage in North West Delhi was 62.1 percent while South West recorded 63.66 percent and West Delhi 64.48 percent.
In 2013 assembly polls, the overall voting percentage was 66 which was an increase of around 9 percent from 57.58 per cent in 2008.
The voting will close at 6 PM.
