Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal will also participate in the rally.

Speaking to the media, party leader Sanjay Singh said: "Arvind Kejriwal will address the crowd at Jantar Mantar tomorrow (Wednesday)," as per IANS.

Delhi Police, however, maintained that the rally will not be allowed to proceed toward the Parliament from Jantar Mantar as prohibitory orders under Section 144 of the CrPC remains imposed in the area, as per PTI.
