New Delhi: A Delhi court today granted
regular bail to the accused who was allegedly driving a BMW

as a precondition of his release.

Meanwhile, the police moved an application seeking
seizure of the passport of the accused. The plea, however, was

accident.

The three occupants of the BMW car, driven by Singla,
also suffered injuries. Singla is a resident of Madhu Vihar
near Karkardooma.
