Another blistering day for Delhi

New Delhi: The week began on a hot note for the capital with sunny, clear skies and the minimum temperature settling a notch below average at 26.2 degrees Celsius.

The met office says the maximum temperature could shoot up to 42 degrees Celsius.

According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), the skies will remain clear and sunny through the day, The maximum temperature is expected to hover around 42 degrees Celsius.

Humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 26 percent.

Sunday's maximum temperature was a notch above the average at 41.6 degrees Celsius, while the minimum was three notches above the average at 30.5 degrees Celsius.
