New Delhi: It was another chilly morning in Delhi with the minimum temperature dropping further to 9.6 degrees Celsius while dense fog delayed around 24 trains.
"The minimum temperature recorded this morning was 9.6 degrees Celsius, two notches below yesterday's 11.3 degrees Celsius," a MeT official said.
The humidity recorded at 8.30 am was 95 percent while the visibility was 500 metres.
According to a Northern Railway official, around 24 North-bound trains were running behind schedule due to dense fog in morning hours.
The weatherman has predicted a partly cloudy day ahead.
"The maximum temperature is likely to settle at 20 degrees Celsius," the official said.
