New Delhi: A court here will start hearing arguments from next month on framing charges against Lashkar-e-Toiba (LeT) terrorist Abu Jundal, allegedly involved in terror attacks in the country.

District Judge IS Mehta said arguments on framing charges will be heard from April 21.

Jundal has been charge-sheeted by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) for offences punishable under the Indian Penal Code and the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act for allegedly attempting to recruit people through internet for joining the banned outfit and carrying out terror activities in India.
Jundal was one of the key plotters of the 2008 Mumbai attack and is currently in judicial custody at the Arthur Road jail in Mumbai in connection with a conspiracy to launch terror strikes in India.

The NIA has said Jundal took part in three training courses at the LeT`s camps and came in touch with top operatives, including outfit chief Hafiz Saeed, Zakiur Rehman Lakhvi and Zarar Shah.
