New Delhi: As the Delhi Assembly elections inch closer, Aam Aadmi Party chief Arvind Kerjiwal is holding rallies in every nook and cranny. During his Trilokpuri rally on Tuesday, he targeted the BJP on several issues.

While addressing the gathering, Kejriwal launched a scathing attack on the BJP, stating that the party has made everything more expensive and corruption has doubled.

“BJP doesn't want to discuss issues, there politics is limited to abuses. I've spoken to many women, not a single woman will vote for the BJP this time,” said Kejriwal.

He further added that,“On January 10, Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed a crowd at Ramlila Maidan. He did not say anything about the people of Delhi.”

Assuring people of reduction in power tariffs, he said, “Delhi BJP chief Satish Upadhyay's company has installed electricity meters in Delhi. If you will vote for AAP, I will get all faulty electricity meters replaced.”

He also said that people opine that during his 49-day rule, he had brought 'Ram Rajya' in Delhi.

“In five years we will raise the standard of government schools to such an extent that ministers will send their children there,” he added.

Assembly elections in Delhi are scheduled to be held on February 07, 2015.
