Gwalior: BJP vice president and In-charge of the party affairs in Delhi, Prabhat Jha claimed here on Monday that his party would come to power in Delhi with a full majority in assembly polls scheduled to be held next year.

"BJP will get a full majority in the coming Delhi assembly elections," Jha told reporters.

However, he evaded a direct reply when asked whether BJP would ally with any political party in the assembly poll, adding that the party has a pact with the Akali Dal earlier.

When asked whether the BJP would have any kind of alliance with former Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party's (AAP) Convenor Arvind Kejriwal, he said, "Who is Kejriwal? He is an escapist. No question arises of having any truck with him".

Referring to the AAP, Jha said that the party was born due to respect for social activist Anna Hazare, but its "last rites" would take place before February 17.
