New Delhi: An unidentified caller Thursday triggered alarm bells at the Delhi Metro by claiming a bomb had been planted inside the latter`s premises.

CISF personnel, who man security at the Delhi Metro, carried out a thorough check inside stations and trains but found nothing.
When contacted on CISF-Delhi Metro helpline, an official told Zee News that the bomb threat call received at 10:15 am was a hoax.

He however added that the Delhi Police are trying to trace the number from which the call was made.
