New Delhi: It was a warm, sunny morning in Delhi Thursday with the minimum temperature recorded at 24.9 degrees Celsius, a notch above average for this time of the year.
"It is expected to be sunny and warm day for Delhi," an India Meteorological Department (IMD) official said.
The maximum temperature is expected to hover around 38 degrees Celsius.
The mercury touched the 40 degrees mark for the first time Monday. Humidity settled at 65 percent.
